Website and purchase terms
These terms govern use of the SportsX website and direct SportsX orders. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Direct SportsX orders
A SportsX account is required for direct checkout. The site presents the items, quantities, prices, discounts, delivery charges, taxes, and total that apply before payment approval. Inventory and totals are verified again when an order is submitted. An order is paid only after SportsX receives confirmed capture information from the payment provider. SportsX may cancel and refund an order affected by an inventory, pricing, security, or processing error.
Payments and saved payment methods
Direct payments are approved, captured, and refunded through the payment provider identified at checkout, currently PayPal. SportsX records the provider transaction references and payment status needed to reconcile an order, but does not receive or store your full card or bank-account number. Any PayPal wallet, remembered payment method, or provider account feature is controlled by PayPal and its terms.
Fulfillment, returns, and refunds
SportsX fulfills a direct order using the contact and delivery details submitted at checkout. The delivery policy is still being finalized; direct checkout remains closed until it is published. Returns are accepted for 7 days under the selected item-condition rules. Approved refunds use the original payment method; staff review normally takes up to 5 days.
A signed-in customer can open the applicable order in their SportsX account and submit a refund or order-support request. Requests are reviewed by SportsX and do not issue money automatically. An approved refund is sent through the original provider transaction; provider or bank processing time may apply.
External marketplaces
Orders completed on Whatnot, eBay, or another identified external marketplace remain subject to that marketplace's payment, shipping, return, dispute, account, and privacy terms. Contact that marketplace from the original order when its transaction tools are required.
Promotions and availability
Live schedules, products, prices, and availability may change. Giveaways or promotions may have separate eligibility and official rules presented with the applicable event. Nothing on this site guarantees that a show, item, promotion, or external service will remain available.
Content and acceptable use
SportsX names, artwork, site design, and original content may not be copied, republished, reverse engineered, or used to impersonate SportsX without authorization. You may not interfere with the site, probe restricted systems, submit unlawful material, or use automated means to abuse forms or services.
Disclaimers
The website is provided on an as-available basis. SportsX is not responsible for outages or content controlled by payment providers, third-party marketplaces, or social platforms. Nothing on the site is financial or investment advice.
