SportsX SMS program terms

Program

When the SportsX SMS program is active, subscribers may receive recurring automated promotional text messages about live shows, drops, products, giveaways, and related SportsX updates. Message frequency varies.

Consent and eligibility

By checking the SMS consent box and submitting a mobile number, you provide prior express written consent to receive these messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You represent that you are the account holder or are authorized to enroll the number.

Costs and delivery

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability, and not every carrier or device is supported.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any SportsX text to opt out. After a STOP request, you may receive one confirmation message and no further promotional texts unless you enroll again or reply START. Reply HELP for help or use the SportsX contact page.

Privacy and changes

Review the Privacy Policy for information about contact and consent records. SportsX may change or end the program and will update these terms when material program details change.
